Hiiragi Snapshot of the Episode:
"Aim at the center and pull the switch"
During that squirt gun scene with Hiiragi, she kept saying the above quote over and over. Does that sound familiar? If not, watch Evangelion episode 3 or do a search on "Coolje".
This episode was divided strangely into 4 parts. I'll cover them accordingly:
~Hanamaru Pool~
It's pool day and the kids are excited. But the one who is most excited is obviously Tsuchida. He is practically drooling while waiting for Yamamoto's grand entrance in her swimsuit. Well, he got more than he asked for because Yamamoto's sister, Mayumi, switches her swimsuit with a BIKINI! It's brilliant how they added some kind of sitar BGM every time he stared at her.
Now it's time for Anzu to make her move. She comes up with a pose (picture to your left) to try to catch his attention, only to be ignored by Yamamoto's radiance. So, the fab-3 came up with a new plan, synchronized swimming! But they soon realize that it's useless if you don't know how to swim. Their last resort was to get Tsuchida's attention by pretending to be in danger... and what has more impact than a shark attack! 
Well, that plan backfired instead because Tsuchida actually thought Anzu was in real danger. Tsuchida gently taps on Anzu's head to show his disappointment in her.~Hanamaru Gambit~
This segment is a really short scene between Yamamoto and her sister, Mayumi, at their house. It basically explained why Mayumi sabotaged her older sister with a bikini.
~Hanamaru Brother~
Incoming Satsuki, Tsuchida's younger sister who is tsundere and has a brother complex. She decided to visit his work place to check on how he is doing. At first sight, things are looking really grim: he falls asleep at work because he stayed up playing Dragon Quest.. and not only does he play games at home, he plays games with the kids during work! She just can't take it anymore and starts to lose it and calls him "baka!". But then Yamamoto provides her with words of wisdom: "if you're worried about someone, the negative aspects tend to stand out". This time she began to see his good side and she is relieved to know that he is more than perfect for the job.
~Hanamaru Sleepover~ It was getting late so Satsuki decided to sleepover at Tsuchida's house. This segment was shown right after the epic ending. It basically showed more of her brother complex.
EPIC ENDING! This week's epic ending was done by Ryo-chimo a.k.a. Sawa Ryousuke (Birdy the Mighty Decode, Denno Coil, etc). You can see his name on the ending credit to your right: "リョーちも". The ending was sung by Satsuki's seiyuu, Shion Hirota.
